- Courier
- American type writer
- Synchro LET
- Travelling typewriter
American Typewriter: This font is legible and is available on many different programmes |
Synchro LET: This font is only available in capital letters, which could be good for the title of the film. The aesthetic of the font is very techy |
Travelling typewriter: has a slight sketchy feel to it. It's very similar to American Typewriter. |
Courier: Very easy to read and there is no confusion between letters |
We have considered these fonts as you will be able to hear a typewriter during our opening sequence as the main character will be typing during it, it would be conventional to have font that matches the sound.
More over the font looks 'techy' and 'geeky,' This matches the stereotype of the main character as he is the nerd.
Out of the three written down, our favourite font is 'Digital serial' and it is more likely that we use that one during our title sequence.
There is a possibility that we use motion to create our own, similar font, that resembles all three fonts that we are considering.
